One of my goals this month is localization support along side the UI updates, that means if you've been looking for a specific language support it may come soon.
There's a few specific languages the publisher is pushing for, but at the very least you can expect UI translations.
This also extends to dialogue text, but almost certainly won't apply to voice.

nice hopefully that'll have more people checking out the game, minor stuff but important. also like someone said last post being able to have clothing half off like on the legs/thighs for more than just the shorts would be a really good small detail, i like what has been done with the shorts already. please do add that this update

Depends, I don't exactly have plans for that yet. I know people have asked and offered, but i'll have to look into how to do this in a way that makes sense.
